Sinopec Canada is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a major International upstream oil and gas company, Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation (SIPC) headquartered in Beijing, China. We are part of Sinopec Group, a Global Fortune 4 company.

Competitive Pay

Our employees’ salaries are market competitive and provide base of fixed, secure compensation.

Short Term Incentive

Our short term incentive (bonus) program is intended to reward superior execution of established annual goals.

Long Term Incentive

Our long term incentive (LTI) program is designed to reward employees for their efforts toward multi-year execution of the Sinopec Canada business plan.

Savings Plan

Our employer-matched savings plan provides employees the opportunity for long-term capital accumulation and savings for retirement through a diversified portfolio of investment options.

Flex Credits

Flex credits are allocated towards a flexible spending account (FSA) and/or health spending account (HSA) to supplement our comprehensive benefits program.

Vacation and Designated Days Off

Employees receive from three to five weeks of vacation, based on years of experience. With a healthy work-life balance in mind, employees also receive 11 designated days off during the year in addition to their regular vacation entitlement.
