In particular, the management team has longstanding personal familiarity and a track record of success in the geological and geographical location of Sinopec Daylight's key producing assets.

Anthony Lambert | President and Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Lambert has been President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Daylight since December 2004. Starting in July 2000, he was Vice President, Operations, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Midnight Oil and Gas Ltd. (a public oil and gas company). From August 1995 to May 2000, Mr. Lambert was the Vice President, Operations of Ulster Petroleums Ltd.

Steve Nielsen | Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Since 2004, Mr. Nielsen has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Daylight. He was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of MFIT Corp. (the general partner of a private income trust) starting April 2004, and from April 2002 to December 2003, Mr. Nielsen was the Controller at Gauntlet Energy Corporation (a public oil and gas company). From May 1998 to May 2000, he was the Treasurer and Corporate Secretary at Ulster Petroleums Ltd. (a public oil and gas company) and the Financial Controller at Ulster Petroleums Ltd.  Mr. Nielsen is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Derek McCoubrey | Chief Operating Officer

Mr. McCoubrey joined Sinopec Daylight's predecessor in May 2011 as Vice President of the Greater Pembina Business Unit.  For 15 years, he held progressively more responsible positions at Encana and predecessor PanCanadian.  Mr. McCoubrey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the Technical University of Nova Scotia.

Cam Proctor, LL.B | Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Proctor joined Sinopec Daylight's predecessor in April 2010. Prior thereto and since 2003, Mr. Proctor was a barrister and solicitor in the Calgary office of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, specializing in corporate, securities and mergers and acquisition law. As a member of Sinopec Daylight's executive team, Mr. Proctor is responsible for several business units including Legal, Regulatory, Human Resources, Corporate Governance, and Information Technology and Services.  Mr. Proctor is also a member of Sinopec Daylight's Board of Directors and is responsible for corporate secretarial functions. Mr. Proctor holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Calgary.

Hong Luo | Executive Vice President, Growth Strategy and Business Planning

Mr. Luo has been Vice President of Sinopec Daylight since February 2012 and has 30 years' experience in the oil and gas industry.  Prior to joining Sinopec Daylight, Mr. Luo was Director of Strategy and Planning at Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation (SIPC) from September 2009 to January 2012.  From May 2008 to August 2009, Mr. Luo was President of West Africa and Asia-Pacific Exploration and Production Projects and from May 2007 to April 2008, he served as Director of Exploration of SIPC.  Mr. Luo was Vice President of the First International Oil Company of SIPC, in Kazakhstan, from April 2006 to April 2007 and from April 2004 to March 2006, Mr. Luo was Exploration Manager of Saudi Sinopec Gas Co. (Saudi Arabia).  Prior to 2004, Mr. Luo held executive leadership positions in Northwest Oil Company's business units of Sinopec in China, serving in many executive capacities and in numerous geological, engineering, operational and planning roles throughout northwest China and the Tarim Basin.  Mr. Luo holds a Bachelor of Geology from the University of Science and Technology of Chengdu, China.

Brian Tuffs | Executive Vice President, Business Development, Land and Exploration

Mr. Tuffs joined Sinopec Daylight in February 2012.  Prior to, Mr. Tuffs was a Principal and Head of Acquisitions and Divestitures at Peters and Co. Limited, a private investment bank specializing in oil and gas.  From 2000 to 2010, Mr. Tuffs held management positions of increasing responsibility at Encana and predecessor Alberta Energy Corporation and from 1994 to 2000, he was a senior technical professional and manager at Norcen Energy Limited (a public oil and gas company).  Mr. Tuffs holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Newcastle upon-Tyne and a Masters Degree in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan.

Pamela Kazeil | Vice President, Finance

Ms. Kazeil joined Sinopec Daylight's predecessor in 2008.  Prior thereto, Ms. Kazeil was the Vice President, Finance at Sword Energy Inc. (a private oil and gas company).  From 2004 to 2007, Ms. Kazeil worked with Thunder Energy Trust (a public oil and gas trust) and its predecessor Thunder Energy Inc. (a public oil and gas company) in various positions culminating in Ms. Kazeil's position as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance of Thunder Energy Trust.  Prior thereto, Ms. Kazeil was employed with KPMG LLP.  Ms. Kazeil is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants.

William Lacey | Vice President, Marketing and Joint Ventures

Mr. Lacey joined Sinopec Daylight's predecessor as Vice President, Capital Markets in September 2011.  Prior to joining Daylight, he was co-head of Research and Managing Director of FirstEnergy Capital Corp.  During his eleven years at FirstEnergy, he covered a broad array of companies including E&Ps, integrated oil companies and infrastructure investments.  Over his tenure, he was recognized by numerous organizations including StarMine, Brendon Wood and the Wall street Journal.
