The members of Sinopec Canada's senior management team bring with them decades of experience in all aspects of oil and natural gas operations, corporate management and business plan execution. In particular, the management team has longstanding personal familiarity and a track record of success in the geological and geographical location of Sinopec Canada's key producing assets.

Feng Zhiqiang | Chairman

Mr. Feng is Chairman of Sinopec Canada.  He has been working in the oil and gas industry since 1988.  Mr. Feng was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation (SIPC) on September 25, 2014, and was previously Executive Vice President of SIPC from February 2012.  He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Geneva-headquartered Addax Petroleum, also a Sinopec subsidiary.  Prior to joining SIPC, Mr. Feng worked for China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC)in Daqing Oilfield from July 1988 to February 2012, and was Executive Vice President of Daqing Oilfield from November 2005 to February 2012. Mr. Feng holds a PHD Degree from the University of Reading, UK.

Zhang Lianhua | Vice Chairman and Executive Director

Mr. Zhang is Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Sinopec Canada.  He was President of Sinopec Canada Energy Ltd. from June 2010 until December 2013. He has been working in the oil and gas industry since 1989, beginning with the Ministry of Land and Resources in Beijing from 1989 to 1997, as Senior Geologist. Mr. Zhang was Director of Lease and Reserves with China National Star Petroleum Corporation from October 1997 to March 2000 and with Sinopec National Star Petroleum Corporation from March 2000 to August 2003. He was Chief Legal Officer of Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation (SIPC) from August 2003 to June 2010.  Mr. Zhang holds degrees in geology and law, as well as an EMBA from the University of Houston.

Brian Tuffs | Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tuffs joined Sinopec Canada in February 2012.  He was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2014, and previously served as Executive Vice President, Business Development and Exploration.  Prior to, Mr. Tuffs was a Principal and Head of Acquisitions and Divestitures at Peters & Co. Limited, a private investment bank specializing in the energy industry.  From 2000 to 2010, Mr. Tuffs held management positions of increasing responsibility at Encana and predecessor Alberta Energy Corporation and from 1994 to 2000, he was a senior technical professional and manager at Norcen Energy Limited (a public oil and gas company).  Mr. Tuffs holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Newcastle upon-Tyne and a Masters Degree in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan.

Derek McCoubrey | Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. McCoubrey joined Sinopec Canada's predecessor in May 2011 as Vice President of the Greater Pembina Business Unit.  For 15 years, he held progressively more responsible positions at Encana and predecessor PanCanadian.  Mr. McCoubrey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the Technical University of Nova Scotia.

Pamela Kazeil | Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Kazeil joined Sinopec Canada's predecessor in 2008.  She was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2014, and previously served as Executive Vice President, Finance.  Prior thereto, Ms. Kazeil was the Vice President, Finance at Sword Energy Inc. (a private oil and gas company).  From 2004 to 2007, Ms. Kazeil worked with Thunder Energy Trust (a public oil and gas trust) and its predecessor Thunder Energy Inc. (a public oil and gas company) in various positions culminating in Ms. Kazeil's position as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance of Thunder Energy Trust.  Prior thereto, Ms. Kazeil was employed with KPMG LLP.  Ms. Kazeil is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Yin Pengfei | Executive Vice President, Oil Sands

Mr. Yin has been the Executive Vice President of Sinopec Canada since 2010 and President of SinoCanada Petroleum Corporation since 2005.  From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Yin was Vice President and President of SIPC, Indonesia.  From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Yin worked for the Sinopec Group, President's office.  Mr. Yin began his career with Sinopec as a chemical engineer, from 1991 to 1996.  He holds a PHD from the University of Petroleum (Beijing) and an EMBA degree from the University of Calgary.

Luo Hong | Executive Vice President, Growth Strategy and Business Planning and Director

Mr. Luo has been Executive Vice President of Sinopec Canada since February 2012 and has 30 years' experience in the oil and gas industry.  Prior to joining Sinopec Canada, Mr. Luo was Director of Strategy and Planning at Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation (SIPC) from September 2009 to January 2012.  From May 2008 to August 2009, Mr. Luo was President of West Africa and Asia-Pacific Exploration and Production Projects and from May 2007 to April 2008, he served as Director of Exploration of SIPC.  Mr. Luo was Vice President of the First International Oil Company of SIPC, in Kazakhstan, from April 2006 to April 2007 and from April 2004 to March 2006, Mr. Luo was Exploration Manager of Saudi Sinopec Gas Co. (Saudi Arabia).  Prior to 2004, Mr. Luo held executive leadership positions in Northwest Oil Company's business units of Sinopec in China, serving in many executive capacities and in numerous geological, engineering, operational and planning roles throughout northwest China and the Tarim Basin.  Mr. Luo holds a Bachelor of Geology from the University of Science and Technology of Chengdu, China.
